What do you think of Metallica's last cd?

Did Death Magnetic finally get the band back to it's roots? Are they "cool" again?

def better than the last one. it's got a mix of all there stuff back in teh day - thrash type stuff, melodic stuff, hardcore stuff, slow stuff, instrumental stuff... i think its great!!!

its not bad...but i havent been a big Metallica fan. and dont assume that im not a metal head cause i very very much am im just not that big into thrash and i really cant stand Lars. but as far as the cd itself goes its not bad. I really dug Ride the Lightening and In Justice For All and its not as good as those but MOS DEF better than St. Anger. so out of a rating of 1-5 with 5 being best i give it a 3 1/2.
