So, you rock, right? You've got some decent gear, a small fan base, and your original material is catchy and memorable. That's a good start, but if you really want to excel in the music industry, there is a lot more work
ahead. Your success depends on your dedication and hard work, not just luck and nepotism, so you will need to set some goals early and organize your path to greatness.
To put us on the same page, here's a little history about me. I've been playing around the area for years, starting with Kernal Mustard back in '95 and then Cataphasia. I played trombone with ACME Blues Band for a while, and my most recent but not really that recent endeavor has been the Tone Def All-Stars. I'd say that I've been there, done that, but I really didn't push it to be a success outside of our area with any of my groups. They were just a way to blow off some steam, get some "attention" and make a little extra cash. Though we never took over the world, we made some great memories and friends along the way.....
